Skybound Foundations

Wednesdays 6:00 PM

Come as you are.

Perfect for newcomers, this aerial class combines grit with excitement as you safely learn the fundamentals of aerial silks, hoop, hammock, and more. As a zero-expectations class, you will not need to have had any experience or exercise to safely and successfully get in the air. This is the class you take if you've ever said, "I'd love to learn aerials, but I should go to the gym and work out first."

Starting from the ground up under our expert guidance, you'll develop your inner strength, master the muscles, and build confidence in a supportive and exhilarating environment.

All levels welcome, including complete and total beginners.

Raw Performance Lab

Wednesdays 7:00 PM

Elevate your act to new heights with our Raw Performance Lab, led by the fierce and captivating Havoq Luscivia. This artistically dynamic circus course is designed for entertainers who crave to push boundaries and upgrade their performances.

  • Expert Edge: Gain insider tips and tricks from Havoq Luscivia, a master entertainer known for their bold and mesmerizing acts. With personalized feedback, Havoq will help you sharpen your edge and polish your performance to perfection.

  • Daring Exploration: Break free from the ordinary and explore new, provocative techniques and styles. Structured for safety and longevity, this class encourages fearless experimentation, helping you discover thrilling ways to captivate your audience.

How does it work?

  • Ground-based acts: Bring a structure of your act (choreography outline if you have it, improv outline if you're improvising, etc).

  • Burlesque acts: Bring either your costumes or a list of them and their removal sequences.

  • Prop-based acts: Bring your prop and the skills you're comfortable with on it.

  • Aerial acts: Bring at least 1 mount/climb and 3 skills you're safe and solid executing. You can use our apparatus or bring your own.

  • All act types: Please bring the song you'd like to use for this act.

Each week will dig into a different element so that by the end of the quarter, you'll have a stage-ready act that showcases the new expansion of what you're capable of.

Drop-ins are welcome, but you'll get the most out of it by attending the full quarter.

Prerequisite pass-offs required to attend, by student request.
